Once you schedule our initial consultation you will recieve an introduction email with an intake form that goes through your medical history, your currrent lifestyle, diet, symptoms, habits and your primary health concerns. Next you'll recieve a full report with your Ayurvedic dosha, and a plan to bring you back into balance that we will work on over the folowing six months.
