About Me

I began my journey into Ayurveda in 2019 after spending 15 years working in the Film Industry. I was drawn into the holistic teachings to heal my own long term digestive problems & food intolerances. Since childhood I suffered from a variety of IBS symptoms and after a meeting with my Gastroenterologist in 2017 I felt unheard, dismissed and no closer to any solutions. I found Ayurveda on a random google search for alternative therapies and from my first session I fell in love with the common sense healing wisdom. Using practical and achievable lifestyle and diet tools & herbal medicine, I have since healed my digestion, no longer feel restricted by food and feel healthy & energized.

I am passionate about sharing this wisdom and science with others and guiding them to heal from illness. We are living in a world where Women are wearing multiple hats in the workplace and at home leading to stress, burnout and resulting in an increase in Women’s Health disorders. No woman should feel gaslit by the medical community! There are simple solutions that are available to anyone who wishes to feel better and heal from the ROOT CAUSES of so many dis-eases. I believe, given the right environment the body has the ability to heal itself. Her predominant area of expertise is focused on diseases of the Digestive System and Women’s Health.

Currently living in Santa Fe, New Mexico Rachel enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, dancing and supporting her clients on their health journey.
