Service Description

In this 2hr meeting we will discuss your symptoms, goals, psychological and physical tendencies, lifestyle, diet and habits. This will help me assess your dosha. 7-10 days later we will have a 60min Report of Findings meeting in which i will tell you your Ayurvedic Assessment. You will be given a 6 page report outlining your dosha and imbalances with a guide to bring you back to health. I will give you a few recommendations to restore balance and aid your chief complaint. If you choose to embark on this Ayurvedic Journey of healing it is suggested to book Follow Up Meetings to get continued coaching, guidance, support and further recommendations for healing.
